🤘 Metal Merch FAQ
How much do you charge for screens?
(You normally require at least 1 screen per colour per location)
We’ve ditched the screen fees. Our pricing is all-in, so you know exactly what you’re paying. And if you’re reordering, we might even throw in a discount.
What garment brands do you supply?
We work with top-tier brands like Gildan, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Continental Clothing, American Apparel, and Stanley/Stella. Check out our full catalogue here.
Can I send you my own garments to print on?
We usually print on garments we supply, but if you’ve got something special in mind, drop us a line. We might be able to accommodate you, but standard contract terms will apply.
How do I get my artwork to you?
Email is best. If your files are large, use a service like WeTransfer. Make sure to label your files clearly so we can get to work without any delays.
What format should I send my artwork in?
Send us the best version you have. We prefer 300dpi files in PSD, PDF, TIFF, or EPS formats. If it’s vector-based, outline any fonts. Basically, the cleaner the file, the better the print.
The biggest size I can have my print is?
Standard print size is 320mm x 450mm (about 13″ x 17″). Oversize prints go up to 380mm x 530mm (15″ x 21″). Just make sure your design fits on the smallest garment in your order.
How long does it take?
Typically, allow 7–10 working days from payment and proof approval. Need it quicker? Let us know—we can often turn jobs around faster. Keep in mind, extra services like neck label printing might add to the turnaround time.
What’s the minimum order of screen printed items?
10-25 for a 1 colour print depending on the artwork.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal, Bank Tranfer or Credit card over the phone. We require payment in full please, before we print your job.
